Empowering Conversational Intelligence Through FAQs
At Orai Robotics, we understand the importance of a bot’s ability to handle customer queries effectively. That’s why we’ve simplified the training process using Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). These are not just standard query-response pairs; they are the foundation of a bot’s conversational intelligence. With Orai Robotics, you can add numerous variations to each FAQ set, ensuring comprehensive training coverage. For example, a school’s bot might need to know the school’s location, operating hours, and fee structure. By uploading these questions, along with their variations and corresponding responses, you enable your bot to handle real-world queries with ease.
Availability
The feature to add and upload FAQs is available across all Orai Robotics plans, with the exception of specific growth-focused packages. Advanced configuration options, such as Synonyms and Stopwords, are accessible from the Business Plan and above.
Terms and Definitions
FAQ: Standard queries related to a product or service.
Intent: The user’s objective within the conversational flow.
Entity: A piece of data or value extracted from user queries, aiding in customizing information collection and association.
Synonyms: Variants of a word with the same meaning, enhancing FAQ matching and response accuracy.
Stopwords: Words omitted during NLP processing to refine query matching.
NLP: The computer’s ability to comprehend spoken human language, a key component of AI.
Managing FAQs for Orai Robotics
Accessing FAQ Management
To manage FAQs, navigate to Train > FAQ > +Add FAQ on the Orai Robotics platform.

Methods to Add FAQs
Individual FAQ Addition
Use this method when the number of FAQs is manageable or sporadic updates are needed.
Bulk FAQ Upload
For a large set of FAQs, use the Upload FAQ option to add multiple FAQs simultaneously via a CSV file.
Adding Individual FAQs
Step 1:
Select the Add FAQ button on the FAQ management page.
Step 2:
Complete the provided fields:

Category: Choose the relevant category for the FAQ.
Language: Select the FAQ’s language.
Question: Input the question addressed by the FAQ.
Entities: Link related entities to the FAQ.
Prompt Message: Set a message for queries without a valid entity.
Response Type: Choose between a static message or triggering a path for interactive responses.
Answer: Add the static response for the FAQ.
Step 3:
After entering the FAQ details, click Add FAQ to save.
Scenario Example
Consider enrolling in courses like IoT, Database Management, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Mining with identical procedures.
Step 1:
Create a Course entity under Train > Entities > +Add Entity with all course names.

Step 2:
Return to the FAQ section and integrate the created entity.
To utilize the entity, highlight the term in the question that will be replaced by the entity based on user queries. After adding the entity, double-click the placeholder in the question to select the entity from a dropdown menu.

Bulk FAQ Upload
For extensive FAQ sets, upload a formatted CSV file following Orai Robotics’ supported format.
Navigate from Train to FAQ.
Click Upload FAQ and upload the CSV file.
Download the sample file for the required format from Orai Robotics’ resources.
Managing FAQ Categories
Organize FAQs into categories to streamline query management and response targeting during specific conversation flows.
Navigate to Train > FAQ and use the “…” button to access category management options.
